I think this product has been very helpful for me as far as keeping track of my equipment and data gathered from it. The reporting aspect could be improved because sometimes you have to refresh your browser in order to view all information, which can cause confusion if there are multiple reports open at once. The ease of use, the speed at which it can be deployed, and the ability to see data in a way that makes sense. It's not perfect, but I've been able to find my way around it well enough for my needs. There are some things that could be improved. For example, there are two ways to do something (the first being the most intuitive), so sometimes it takes me a few tries before I get it right.
