The team is really good, they are creative, skilled and have a great understanding of how to make a project come together. They are very responsive and always willing to help out where needed. I think that there could be more focus on the client experience and getting the work done as quickly as possible. This is not always the case. Sometimes it takes longer to get things done, but this is often due to the complexity of some of the projects. There are also occasions when you can't just turn up and do the job, especially if you're not sure what you're supposed to be doing! It's been a pleasure working with Trapped in Suburbia. Their design skills are excellent and we've achieved some amazing results for our clients.
