Extremely small and not worth the money

Don't waste your money. It says cups from A to G. I am G cup and this is the smallest small pad ever. Super disappointed. The padding in my sports bra is larger than this one. I was hoping for something to keep my boobs in a bra but that doesn't even cover the areola lol I have very small hands but literally as big as him. I compare it to a 16.9 ounce bottle of water and a car with hot tires, if that tells you anything. Seriously don't buy.
