Absolutely helped keep my RTX 3090 temp down. This combined with some cheap tiny heatsinks kept the memory temperature below 75C - it used to be up to 89C. A pretty obvious influence, which is excellent. Noise wise I can't hear them compared to other fans in my case - I had to use software to see if they were even on! (They actually started working right away and didn't require any complicated setup!) The mounting system is a little wonky, as three dust covers have to be removed from the back of the case to install it. However, it's totally worth it if your GPU temperature is an issue.
