It provides us an easy way of monitoring our network devices as well other infrastructure components like servers that are managed by different vendors (like AWS). I haven't found anything specific yet but it seems they have some issues when you need more than one agent per device/server so if this happens we will be looking for another solution. The product itself isn't very user friendly in terms of configuration management - there should probably be better documentation available at least during setup process. If you want something simple then go ahead otherwise spend time learning how things work since their support team can help only after few hours of training. Networking related problems such as attacks against hosts etc., DDoS protection services from cloud providers not working properly due to lack of resources / budget constraints.
