Review on Noctua NF S12A PWM Premium Quiet by Derrick Shah

Contacted Noctua about my new fan and what turned out to be a violation of factory quality control. They replied with apologies that didn't help and certainly didn't solve anything. When I asked them to replace the fan, they didn't answer. So if you have a problem with a Noctua product, don't rely on them to help you or honor their warranty. They're clearly trying to increase sales by offering a long warranty, but it's utterly pointless if they're just ignoring customers who really need a replacement. Also, I've done some reviews and there are other complaints about their poor (even rude and disrespectful) customer service. Based on my experience of purchasing this Noctua fan I would not recommend it specifically nor the brand in general.
