I'm glad I have this oil cast. I had no idea you couldn't wash cast iron pans with soap! But I hated the Averitgung that smelled like vinegar! So it's nice to have this beautiful seasonal scent and to know that I'm actually caring for and washing these new cast iron pans. Also, I no longer have a vinegary taste when cooking in a pan! Also, I really like the brush because it's hard but soft enough not to scratch the pots. This is a nice addition to the rubber scrapers I bought in the kit! I will try to buy in bulk!
