Review on 💡 OSTWIN LED Recessed Dimmable Downlight Replacement by Vincent Poolaw

I bought these lights for my newly built house for each room. More than 40 lamps. So far 5 lamps have failed. The first 3 were replaced under warranty but the company has now responded to the last 2 failures by stating that I installed them with foam and voided the warranty. I didn't use foam. The lights are mounted directly into the ceiling with the supplied clamps and surrounded by insulation. These lights are certified for this type of installation. I think they are just trying to avoid replacing a defective product. I offered to send them headlights to check. I would avoid this company's products.
