I had to solder the antenna connector to the board. super easy. The headers have already been connected to the "header". So I booted up the Pi-Star on the Pi3+, put the cap on the Pi and turned on the power. Everything was easy except how to find the right type of radio/modem. After trial and error, the result was using "MMDVM_HS_Hat (DB9MAT and DF2ET) for Pi (GPIO). Everything worked great after that. The board works great for $30.00. Only gave 3 stars because it's not good is without sending documents!Update 07/24 - Although I gave this 3 stars I will buy another one because it works well :) Also the Pi Star configuration MMDVM_HS_Hat (DB9MAT and DF2ET) for PI (GPIO) - that seems to work better I ran DSTAR and DMR.KJ7WWB
