It's very easy, my staff loves it; their efficiency has increased dramatically since I implemented S4D! The only thing they wish was different would be an easier way of sending reminders/notifications via email or text messaging when patients are due back in clinic - but this could just as easily have been solved by adding additional features into our existing system instead!! There isn't anything really wrong with them other than what we've added ourselves- if there were any issues out side of those then maybe more people will use systems 4 dentistry because its so much better?
