This program has many features, it's easy of use but not so user friendly when using with other programs such as word or excel which are used in our office daily; this can be difficult depending upon how much time we have available at any given day/time during business hours etc. It does what I need from an administrative standpoint very well without being overly complicated or confusingly designed. I like how it has an easy system of keeping track not only with patient information but also billing, insurance claims etc., It's simple enough so as new staff members they can learn quickly without having too much training required from me or my partner who are both dento-techs by trade! I like how easy it was to use, all of our information can be stored in one place which makes life much easier! It's very intuitive once we figure out what works best with us as an office. It's very easy, my staff loves it; their efficiency has increased dramatically since I implemented S4D! The only thing they wish was different would be an easier way of sending reminders/notifications via email or text messaging when patients are due back in clinic - but this could just as easily have been solved by adding additional features into our existing system instead!!
