This is one of the best purchases I have made from Revain. I used the vanity in the small bathroom which was very difficult to navigate. This made it very difficult to clean the bathroom and take a shower. I always got my foot caught in one of the legs. I really despised it. This thing is so strong - the arm stays down or up, whatever you want. If my bathroom was bigger I would put one on either side. I like that they are so unobtrusive; my bathroom no longer looks like a disabled bathroom. It is made of heavy steel. The day I installed it my hand was actually down and I tripped in the bathroom and was able to grab my hand and it saved me. My floor is ceramic tile and I sure would have hit my head and it would have killed me. The only caveat is that the screws that came with the tile weren't long enough or strong enough. The guy who installed it for me bought some special screws that attach it to the wall so well I think an elephant could sit on it and nothing would happen. I believe it's impossible not to love it once installed properly.
