I bought this not expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised. This little machine is powerful! There are three settings and I immediately went for the strongest pressure, recognizing that even that probably wouldn't be enough for my liking. I was wrong! He was very tight, so much so that I had to back off a bit! The rolling massage balls literally penetrate your feet, the pressure alternates between gentle and strong and you have enough freedom of movement for your feet during the massage. to find places that require attention. Its size allows it to be extremely portable. In fact, I'm using it on my desk right now as I write this review. Overall I am very happy with this purchase. My son is on his feet all day at work and my daughter is a gymnast. they like it too, so it has a lot of use in this house!
