Review on 🌱 Lola Eco Clean Bamboo and Tampico Scrub Brush: Naturally Sustainable Cleaning Tool for Home and Kitchen by Jennifer Brogdon

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Poorly finished / BLACKED to give 5 stars

When the brush arrived it had no bristles (there was an empty hole on the bottom of the handle). I gently (GENTLY!) pulled on the adjacent stubble and it came out very easily. Almost no effort was required to remove it or insert it into the hole. Each bristle is made up of several strands of material (Tampico, I think) twisted in half and then joined together with a small, thin piece of metal in a "bend"; This metal tip is then inserted into the hole in the handle with the bristles sticking out. Thus it appears that a small piece of metal is holding each bristle in the hole. But it's so loose that I'm a little reluctant to rub it with force. EDIT: The company (Lola) contacted me and apologized. Apparently they had a bad batch and thought they stopped sending them to customers but I got one. They replaced the brush, the new one is MUCH better - the bristles are tight and won't fall out. They also sent a few extra items (dishwashing sponges, etc.) to make up for the inconvenience caused. So the customer service has increased and the (new) brush is fine!

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • old
