I needed to hang a rectangular picture of Da Vinci's The Last Supper on the wall. The painting is a long rectangular shape. The mechanisms in this set didn't particularly appeal to me. Using a wired device caused my image to tilt forward too much. That is, the top or top of the painting hung outward (away from the wall) while the bottom or bottom of the painting was pressed against the wall. But I compromised and ended up hanging the painting on pins nailed directly to the wall, which worked well, although it wasn't my original intention. The variety of hanging mechanisms made this kit useful. If one option doesn't work, you can always try a different suspension mechanism.
