Out of order straight out of the box
Connected, turned on normally, then the fan turned on at full speed and the whole system turned off. After that, my power indicators started blinking. I contacted the company and fixed some issues. They agreed I needed a new lamp and I didn't hear from them for three days before I decided to send it back to Revain. I finally gritted my teeth and ordered directly from a reputable seller and the new bulb worked perfectly.
