Good. Good. But no.

These things are awesome. but no. You are doing a good job. but no. They fit well. but NOT facts? They do not fit standard thermal blocks. They CANNOT be attached unless you wish to remove your heater block, install one of these and then tie it down with Kapton tape. It just won't stay any different. Background? I'm a part-time mechanic and my measuring ability is "better than most". My building blocks are slightly smaller (at room temperature) than the "0.78 x 0.78 x 0.39" that this seller says fits these socks. and the attached photos show how these socks actually fit the blocks. That's right, at room temperature these socks actually fit in blocks of .775 x .780 x .350 inches and no more. It is 19.69mm x 19.81mm x 8.89mm in size. mm and no more. Even the fact that the coefficient of thermal expansion of silicone in this target temperature range is 14 times that of an aluminum block is not enough to save it, because the temperature difference from 20 ยฐ C to 210 ยฐ C, which according to experience are these Blocks not that big. range so the silicone will never catch up. Even if it were. Who wants to install their SillySox after their hot end has already reached full temperature and expect it to fall off when the machine finishes printing and cools down? Avoid these things unless you are able to process your thermal blocks down to a size smaller than standard, you will NOT like them the way they are.
