This is the second set I've had on my 04 Scion xB front. The first set lasted four years so I recently bought another pair. I used to have good luck when the brakes I bought at my local auto shop lasted a year before they started squeaking and squeaking. Some might say this is too much, but I disagree. I do a lot of freeway stops and drives when I drive into Boston, so my brakes get very slow. Sometimes the traffic on the freeway suddenly comes to a complete standstill. These brakes stop faster and are therefore safer. They can be safely attached to any car. Both 2012 and 2016 the kits were professionally installed by my mechanic. I also had the same brand of Power Stop brakes fitted to our Camry 08.
