I like that you can create your own custom recognition program, as well is being able to set up alerts if certain criteria are met (like number employees or amount spent). The only thing i dislike about this system was having too many options available for my liking! It would be helpful in some cases but it became overwhelming at times which made me not want use them all very often!! We have found great success using kudos employee appreciation programs over our competitors because they make creating events easy AND we get tons more people involved. Our team loves how customizable their site allows us each year so its really simple from there point-of view. ! They also do an amazing job keeping things updated regularly. !! Great Customer Service always willing/able answer any questions u may ask when needed - even after hours sometimes! This helped eliminate problems where other companies were unablet o provide support.
