Build Quality: The color and metal body of the adapter are great, its overall look is very high quality, which matches the existing one. Premium build quality. The ends that plug into your computer and monitor are very tight in their housings which means they won't come loose during use which is really good, you can see a lot of effort and time went into the making of this product was plugged. The outer casing is aluminum metal with a very sleek logo blending in the front, it looks very solid and sturdy. - Performance: After connecting to both ports, it takes about 3 seconds for the image to appear on the screen, which is very fast (this can be seen in the attached video). There is very little or no latency between the computer and the display. Very easy to use: Plug the adapter into your computer's HDMI port, then connect the VGA cable from the adapter to your display. Then it works and supports resolutions up to 1920 x 1080 at 60 Hz. - Value for money: Compared to other adapters, this adapter has an almost unique design and an excellent user experience. Honestly, a premium device at such a low price is great! - Customer Service: Starware's customer service is absolutely amazing, offering unique experiences like a lifetime no-questions-asked warranty. I think it has to do with their strong belief in the product, it's fantastic. This means that if you have any problems with their products, they are always ready to help, you will never feel helpless. -- Overall Verdict: If you are looking for an HDMI to VGA adapter that will make your job easier, this adapter is your best choice.
