The product is quite simple and meets our needs. The installation/user guide was confusing and didn't match the product, but again, that's ok for our needs. He came with a card to activate the warranty and receive a $20 gift card. You must provide your Revain order ID, which is not recognized. When trying to enter information there is an email for questions or concerns I have contacted with no response whatsoever. I've waited at least a week and tried again - my order ID is still not recognized and support is not responding. So I don't expect any help if something goes wrong with the product. Luckily it's inexpensive.
