Bought the first from Revain in the used like new section. Arrived and won't turn on. I checked the fuse and the 120 / 220 V selector switch, it just died. Now is this a possible issue caused by shipping or a Revain issue testing returned items or the reason the first customer returned? Revain did the right thing and quickly released another one. The second device was on, but I set the level to "2" and it was too loud. Barely reducing the volume, about 1 degree, was a range between normal volume and too loud. I do not recommend. Usually we buy TOA.
