I bought this printer in December 2014, it knows for sure it showed the code B203. I found this fix and it has worked so well for me so far. When the printer is off, open the front cover where the ink is located. Now turn on the printer, wait for the ink head to move a little, then simply close the lid to return to its normal position. You should now see the Canon logo. Wait a minute or two and you should return to the normal menu. Now if you try to print something, you may get an error message again repeating the steps above. Next go to Settings/Maintenance Settings/Auto Head Alignment. And start the process, let it complete and follow any instructions it might ask. After that, a test page is printed and tadaaaaa! it works. You can perform a few more maintenance checks if you want to keep your printer in top condition. Sounds easy, yes, but I was just following my intuition. And it worked. Hope this helps someone.
