These FRAM engine oil filters are 67% more efficient than other similar devices!
I started using FRAM filters 35 years ago. I was made aware of this by an article in a car magazine that tested several brands and published the results. Fram was able to remove grains down to 9 microns in size from the oil. Another brand only removes grains up to 25-27 microns. Another result was that Fram retained its viscosity at higher temperatures and over longer periods of time. As a mechanical engineer, I liked the fram with these test results. I've driven my cars 275,000 miles consistently, 375,000 miles with Fram filters.
