I have a 14.5lb Border Terrier. He was recently diagnosed with lymphoma :( so I was looking for something that would allow him to go anywhere with me and this was the perfect solution! , I noticed this due to the fact that the "sled" was made of soft, malleable material there was material, it was dented at least 1.5". See photo how does the center section sink in? When my furbaby was inside it seemed super tight. Note that on Revain the dimensions are listed as L20 W12 H13. On the website , the measurements are as L19.7 W11.8 H13.4 If the measurements were as stated on the website or even on Amazon it would be perfect! However the height was so low that he couldn't even stand. He had to hang impractical. I thought it was because of the dent that the ceiling was low, I hoped it would pop out over time. But I took my measurements. I sealed it with tape and measured the frame of the car - and even looked at that Frame didn't fit over 12". I would say n that at the highest point the height of the car from ceiling to floor is MAXIMUM NO 11.5 inches. NOT 13, certainly not 13.4. So I thought maybe my baby can just lie down all the time? The gauge length is 20 inches which would be great! However, when I went to measure the longest point on the wagon, it turned out to be 19. Note that the longest point is NOT the bottom surface of the car. Notice how it's shaped like an egg? The wagon floor area is only about 16 inches long. So he can't even lie to the end. Has anyone else had this problem? Am I the only one who has a small stroller? With my furry baby's size, every inch counts, and there's no way to zip it up without making it very sad and uncomfortable. I don't want to cause him more pain than he's already going through. I would like to give 5 stars for that. But I can't because I REALLY measured everything and it would fit if the measurements were accurate. Or maybe I have a defective stroller? I do not know. I know that I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. I'll be happy to change my rating if customer support somehow resolves this issue for me.
