Technology Coordinator who purchased this for his company

Our nonprofit organization recently purchased about 20 Lenovo T-430 Ideapad tablets for our employees. We thought it would make sense to purchase these USB port replicators as our employees tend to leave the office when they need their laptop. After purchasing one of these replicators I was amazed at how easy the installation process was. Essentially, it consisted of connecting several cables, installing a driver, and restarting the computer. To my satisfaction, the external keyboard worked, the mouse was responsive, the LCD monitor it was connected to showed a good quality image, and even the ethernet connection was successful. Everything worked! At least that's what I thought. As soon as I started Internet Explorer 10, I got a recurring "unexpected error" error. No matter how many times I closed and came back, I couldn't use IE10. Now I could use another browser and maybe fix the problem, but this is not possible because our company's website has to use IE browser. Lame, I know. But it is true. My job as IT coordinator is to find and fix these issues. It took me a few hours but after testing this replicator on several Lenovo laptops I found that the problem was with the driver. Basically, this driver crashes IE10 because it changes some values in the registry, which causes IE10 to crash when GPU rendering is by default. as software rendering. This is a setting you can change in your Internet Options on the Advanced tab. Now I would be happy with this fix, only I would have to manually change this value every time a new user logs into the laptop for the first time. I refuse to do this as it is a waste of time. Finally I called Lenovo and told them my story. After 6 retries and a failed manager transferred the call resulting in a hang up, I was told they don't support their Lenovo replicators. I could go on with their excuses but the fact remains that this replicator does not work with the default browser they install on their laptops. I would not and will not recommend this product to anyone based solely on my experience. Lenovo assumes no responsibility for its product. Also, the video stream is slightly laggy and tends to lose quality when switching between different applications. I could have skipped it but it was just another nail in the coffin. TLDR: Doesn't work with IE10, Lenovo doesn't support their product and the video has an obvious lag with minimal work. Don't waste your money, or more importantly, your time. I have made.
