Review on Portable Industrial LED Table Lamps by Lizeth Tucker

I love the look and feel of this lamp, but I've had a few negative experiences. First, the manufacturer's instructions are in such small print that it's difficult to read. It also turns out that the information in the instructions does not match the product. The "Product Specifications" section of the guide states that "the indicator light will turn green while charging and then turn off when fully charged". My lamp has NO indicator. The product specs also state that the button on the base of the lamp has different functions for short press and long press - this is NOT the case with my lamp; The button only turns the light on or off (it's not a multi-function switch). Another problem occurred while loading. The lamp includes a cable with a 5 volt connector and a USB connector. I connected the lamp to my charging station and as there is no indicator I couldn't tell if it was charging. I turned on the lamp and wiggled the 5V plug and the lamp suddenly got very bright - which was a big surprise. After all that it more or less works but I'm not very confident in this lamp or in my abilities to charge and maintain it. Potential buyers should also be aware that LED beads are not interchangeable. Also note that the instructions warn that overcharging can damage the device - I guess I need to pay close attention to the non-existent display. For almost $40 I was expecting a much higher quality product and instructions. I cannot recommend this product.
