Review on 🔧 Enhance Precision and Performance with COMP Cams 4790 9 Sportsman Degree Wheel by Justin Peck

As described, this kit is for testing valve timing/cam lift when the head is REMOVED from the engine. It works well once you get the hang of it and comes with everything you need to fit an SB Mopar engine. I used it on an 03 Dodge 5.9L Magnum engine. As someone who has never used one of these, my only concern is that the instructions don't explain how to use this particular tool. In my case, the instructions that came with it explained how to use the other kit (valve spring lift test with engine heads on). I had to resort to YouTube and Google to figure out how to install properly. I found this bracket to be identical (if not manufactured) to Proform #66830. The difference (apart from the price) is that the Comp Cams kit includes a degree wheel and an adapter to rotate the crank.
