Very strong and stable
Able to lift and hold over 10 pounds of roast pork without bending or stooping. I looked at the plastic ones. I'm Glade, I get it. Make chopping meat easier than using a knife and fork. The only downside is that my little fingers have metallic friction blisters on the outside around the middle knuckle. I'm a big guy with big hands. I will glue these edges next time I use them.
