Great product for repair kits

I think the negative reviews might be user error, I bought a pair of these and never had a crash and even had to reopen an issue for a whole month as soon as you If you know how to do that, you understand that you don't have to be afraid to open your iMac. BUT if you are not someone who can be careful or detail oriented. let someone else do it. You can easily throw away an expensive item.
