This tool works for Bb30. But it is not easy to use and requires installation to fully set the bearings. Here's how it works: Only press one bearing at a time. Install new bearing by hand. Use the press properly and make sure it is well centered over the bike crankcase on both sides. - it's not easy - a lot of play and you pull up the press at the same time. Dismantle the press and reinstall the old bearing behind the new bearing. Now you can sink the bearing into the housing as intended. The tool itself does not perform this step. Now repeat for the other side. While the bench press is beautiful, doing all of this is heavy and unwieldy. Much luck!
