The company responded to my review via email and we're very gracious, right down to offering a refund and a replacement monitor. So far the new monitor is working perfectly. First Review: My monitor worked fine for about 6 weeks. Now it just shows a black screen with a flickering green power light. Also, the logo still doesn't show up when it's on. Appears to be completely dead. Very disappointed. Update: Just plugged it in to double check, the monitor made a loud squeak for about 5 seconds. I've never heard of a monitor that does that.
