This little electric wood stove is very cute, perfect size and I love faux flames and logs BUT THE SWITCHES DON'T WORK! Only flame light and low setting work; Nothing happens on the high temperature setting. It doesn't heat my room efficiently because only the low fan is working so I'm very disappointed in the quality and money spent on this item. Shipping took a while so I'm hesitant to replace it because we really need a better heater and I bought it in advance knowing it was going to be cold. Now we have a drafty house, cold nights, and a useless (though very nice) heater. I'm so sad.
