Review on SUNLU ASA 3D Printer Filament 1.75Mm, UV/Rain/Heat Resistant Tough For Outdoor Functional Mechanical Parts, 1Kg Spool (2.2Lbs), 395 Meters - Green by Steve Arnold

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Strong and more Economical

This ASA is easier to print then ABS. I printed it at 230c and 90c the first time and failed, so had to up the bed temp to 110c and printed perfect and stayed adhered to the PEI sheet this time. No enclosure is required. So overall I would buy this ASA over ABS anytime since you don’t have to have an enclosure and for basically the same Strength.Printed on a Ender 3 Pro with PEI sheet

Pros
  • SUNLU ASA filament is easy to use and has low shrinkage, which means that it won't warp or deform during the printing process
Cons
  • May require additional safety precautions during handling and use
