As a licensed general contractor who builds custom homes over 14 years with my family who has 46 years, I thought we could use this as we finish some last areas in the house we built and own (generally called a spec house when it’s not custom for the client but custom by us the builders/owners to sell in between). This tape is horrible. It’s extremely thin and if you don’t have scissors that won’t stick as it cuts nothing else can be used. Not to mention before you get it off the roll or the second you cut it without a 3rd hand it sticks or rolls to itself and unusable. I will never use or buy this again & noneof our subcontractors will either.
