After my 1 year old crappy chair fell apart and I didn't have a pillow for my butt, I decided to take a chance and bought this chair, also researching the internet and stuff . I've seen positive reviews about it. After 2 months of use I do not regret the purchase. It cushions your bum very well, the back support is amazing, now the only downside is finding a middle ground when you first get the chair. My only inconvenience was that 1 rear screw was unthreaded, Amazon sent me a replacement straight away and I couldn't be happier. If you don't adjust the chair to your body, you will have a terrible experience. I work from home and also play on my computer, I'm 5ft 10", 208lbs (I know I'm stocky) and I fit perfectly in a chair and am very comfortable. I love the chair so much I got an ergohuman non-elite for my brother too. I wish Amazon would have sold all the great accessories that go with this chair and had more colors available.
