I had back problems and this chair is much better than the one I had. and my 5'4" wife can use it when we want. I really like the one knob adjustment system. I replaced the casters with casters but was very impressed with the wheels that came with the chair. They were big and sleek but the others were on my old chair so I swapped them out anyway I gave it a try I like the mesh and it's comfortable I would like the headrest to be higher I recommend this chair and will buy him again.

This is a quality chair. That's my fault though, because when I looked at the photo here, I found the seat to be soft. The seat is mesh and very hard. There are a million settings and you can arrange each part to your liking. However, the lower back is also the same mesh and hurts your back after leaning on it for a while.
