Block no longer works. Waited 10 or 15 minutes to speak to someone. They will replace it, I need to email to confirm purchase. No big deal bought through Revain should be easy. Then I was told to call back. My question is why can't I get an email address and email it. We walked around in circles for over 5 minutes and he told me he couldn't wait for me to find him. It took me a minute total to find evidence, but it would have taken longer to write down or type his email address. He could ask how long and it would be ready. This is the second time we have purchased their product but I guarantee never again.
