Source Naturals has always been my favorite lysine brand. Many years ago I got herpes and the pharmacist advised me to take lysine to get rid of it. That was the most economical. I have tried other brands and SN has always been the best because they are easier to swallow than some other brands. The pills are giant horse pills - as I call them - and the smooth coating on the outside makes them easier to swallow than some other brands. They are also the most efficient. I have found that they work best. I highly recommend the Source Naturals brand.
