The plastic piece in the rear USB port broke a few days after I started using the monitor. The connection still works but is loose and won't take much movement before falling out. I don't want to go through the pain of sending it back for a replacement so I'll take care of that. The display itself is exactly how I imagined it, so I'm happy with it. If you want to use the height adjustment feature, it's probably a little easier to remove the mounting pin from the base before placing the monitor on it. Without USB I would have given 5 stars.
