The pump stopped working after 2 days. Got refunded with great service.

5 for the service, but 4 until I ensure the pumps are not the problem. It looks great, but the pump just died after 2 days. The led light works but the water doesn't flow. The costumer service contacted me and offered to send me a replacement, but they could only do so in the US, so they refunded me and I had to order a new pump which I'm waiting for right now. For the two days it worked and the materials of the tub and tray I would recommend it but I need to see if the problem with the pump is a one time failure.
