really enjoyed this fountain, now two months later, the pump barely even works. probably gives the same amount of pressure as the lowest setting when i first got it. i understand these things happen over time, but the fact that it's already like this after 2 months while keeping up with cleaning it and such, is kind of a let down, especially since i have so many backup filters left.

I was so excited to purchase this product because of all the great reviews and easy-to-clean design. It is extremely easy to clean, however the top water basin is so shallow it splashes water everywhere unless I have it on the lowest setting. I have hardwood floors and don't want to damage them, so I only had this out for about a week before cleaning it and packaging it back up. My cats also didn't like it and won't drink from it, so I think I just had incredibly bad luck here. I'll be checking

My kitten is very picky about her water fountain. I actually caught her drinking from this one for a good 10+ seconds! That never happpens. Very easy to clean as well with a simple design so that it'll probably last a long time. Loving it so far and price was fair.Update 8/17 - Pump has failed or stopped working. Not sure why, but I've dissembled it to and troubleshoot but seems it's failed. At least it's easy enough to replace.

We used to have a plastic one but it was always dirty no matter how much I cleaned it! This one cleans up easy and looks good! Also, keeps the water on the cooler side due to the silver. It is a good fountain to have for your cat because of the stainless steel material. Makes for an easy clean and sanitation compared to previous plastic fountains I've purchased. The fountain was easy to put together. It is not very noisy when fully put together and full of water.My only critique is that the spout should be more anchored or be able to be locked in place. My cat has made of game of knocking it out and it is not secure enough for it to hinder him from doing this.

The costumer service contacted me and offered to send me a replacement, but they could only do so in the US, so they refunded me and I had to order a new pump which I'm waiting for right now. Great for the dog but wanted the cat to use it too. He’s not real sold on it and looks at it like the grim reaper might live there. I’m putting cat nip by it and working with him on it. He’s 7 and Siamese so ya know how they are. Really like the water vessel a lot, quiet, clean water and cold too. Easy to assemble also.

It's pretty quiet! Definitely need to grab a mat, since my fur baby tends to smack & splash water haha.Negative reviews seem to be defective issues (the ones I read, at least).

The fountain is very easy to clean. I rinse the inside round filter and rinse then change white water flow filters.Top is easy to remove. I wash it every few days or so. Stainless steel is very nice. Wish I could purchase a larger capacity & I'd like a taller one for my elderly guy with arthritis. (But I bought 2, put 1 on a platform.)
