I just installed it today. I've already deducted a star for one screw (on each side) that everyone is complaining about. If you've recently installed a decent hitch, you know Air Lift could make this task easier, but decided against it. This decision cost me a star. I'm towing the bumper behind a 32ft RV with a 2015 Silverado 1500 (6.2L and MAX Tow Package). I can pull the bumper as hard as I can on the 2500HD and 3500HD. My truck didn't really need help, but a few reviewers here said it helps with "porpoises" - you know, that awful bouncing you get on some concrete roads when the slabs are uneven. However, I'm a bit worried that this might ruin my clutch geometry for weight distribution. Also, jacking up the rear instead of properly adjusting the weight distribution hitch is a good way to burn out the rear axle bearings. I'm going to do a tow this weekend to see if there's any improvement. expensive site (whatever it is) but when I went to their website it said it was eligible for a discount. Well, the fine print is that you have to buy it and have one of their installers install it. In the case of self-assembly, the right to a discount expires. I didn't deduct a star for that, but if I'm not completely impressed with this weekend's trip, I'll try the 60-day no-questions-asked return policy. UPDATE: I towed with it this weekend and. I hate to admit it, but I was so impressed with it that I won't be returning it. On the way to camp, I filled the bags with only 15 pounds per square inch of air. As a result, the "porpoise" was almost completely eliminated. On the way back I tried 20psi, and while it's even better than 15psi, the ride was a lot harder. I'm staying at 15 psi going forward. I can even try 12.5psi. ...and the 5psi minimum pressure doesn't seem to interfere with normal day-to-day riding and handling. If you already own them and are reading this review, here are some tips. If you have a weight-distributing hitch and you put more than 20psi into it to improve towing, the problem is that you adjusted the hitch. They probably aren't distributing enough weight to the front wheels and all they are doing for you is shifting the stress point from the rear springs to the tires and axle bearings.
