Now that I've been using my Cross Pro for about a year, I decided to tell you the good, the bad, and the ugly about the car. Have you ever wondered why your grout is dirty even though you wipe it all the time? It is clear that the usual mop. This is because you are pouring dirty water onto a very porous material. One doesn't shed at all and the other sheds three dogs! I clean my floors with Cross Pro once a week. I could almost make a new dog out of what was collected in the car's tank. I like that about Cross Pro. Now for the bad. In my opinion. It is almost impossible to remove all dog hair from the machine. There are obvious parts that you can wash, and in many cases it is better to soak them, otherwise they will stink the next time you use them. I think it's wet hair sticking out in tubes you can't access, but it can be smelly! Do you know the smell of wet dog hair that is dirty? That's all. In fact, in my opinion, that's ugliness, good, bad, and ugly. I see no reason to use the products they recommend for use with the machine. Very expensive and unnecessary. I also find that soft water or reverse osmosis water in your sink, if you have it, is absolutely fine. Like I said, I've been using mine for over a year. The most important thing is to clean this device after each use. If not, then you will immediately recognize the smell I was talking about! Would I buy this car again? YUP! I would. I have a favorite callus with dirty grout. As for carpet, I don't use it on my carpet. Just my tiles.
