This is a good sized box. It reminds me a lot of older kinds of tool boxes but white in color. Both of the keys work fine, although when taking the contents out, I found that my set of keys were just free floating in the same bubble wrap bag as the box, so had I not shaken the contents out, I could have tossed the keys with the bubble wrap and box, so be wary of that. The entire box is thin sheet metal, so like others have mentioned, this won't exactly keep out the most determined, but it'll keep others out at least. This could fit maybe 10 average sized pill containers, but your mileage may vary, since containers come in all sorts of sizes.
