Review on Configurator by Drew Diaz

I like how simple it is to navigate through the CPQ. It is easy to use and makes it very simple for customers to get the information they need. The price is a bit high for the average customer. I do not think it is worth the price. Sometimes it takes a bit too long to get through the questions. I would like it to be a little more user friendly. It is helpful for customers that do not have much time to do their own research. It can be a little overwhelming at first. We are able to use it for our customers to help them decide which products they would like to purchase. I like that it is easy for my team members in our organization to use when creating configurable products as well as other types of items such as eBooks or any type of item we sell online with different configurations. It can be very time consuming if you have many variations so make sure your product line has enough options before purchasing this software! We are able to configure all kinds of things from books to computer equipment which makes life easier than ever.
