Configurator Review

I like how simple it is to navigate through the CPQ. It is easy to use and makes it very simple for customers to get the information they need. The price is a bit high for the average customer. I do not think it is worth the price. Sometimes it takes a bit too long to get through the questions. I would like it to be a little more user friendly. It is helpful for customers that do not have much time to do their own research. It can be a little overwhelming at first. We are able to use it for our

It is very useful for sales reps who want answers quickly and easily. The system can be too technical at times but it's easy enough that any rep should have no problems using this software when they need assistance with their configuring tasks! I wish there was an easier way to access previous questions so we could see where our knowledge gaps are in order to improve them.
