The ease in which you can create your own custom fields for multiple different types of reports! It’s almost too easy with this program but I do wish there was more control over some things like date ranges that are not available by default when creating new items or modifying existing ones. This product has made my job so much easier as an agency dispatcher/call taker at times it seems overwhelming how many options we have within our system. We used KPS mostly because their support team helped us set up most all aspects from dispatch through call recording right into the browser without needing additional addons.
