SO GLAD I READ THIS FIRST! IT WOULD WASH 1 AND APPROX. NEED 4 RINSE TO BECOME THE WHOLE FLOWER. Be sure to wash before use! I also bought XL. I'm 6ft 1in and about 230lbs. I fit great. I usually wear size XL for button down shirts and t-shirts. The sleeves are a bit tighter, but in a good way. The shorts fit well. Basketball shorts, and they weren't as short as running shorts. Perfect in the middle. They are really pleasant to the touch. Super soft, silky and comfortable. There were a few loose threads at the seams, otherwise very satisfied.
