Helppp With My Business That Was Stuck In The Middle And Needed Some Help

I like how it can track my attendance through out all branches that i have worked at! It was easy for me or others who are new people just getting started as well because there were tutorials online which explained everything very clearly so they could make sense off what we where looking over while using this software.. As far being any problems when trying things? There weren't really much issues but you do need experience if yo would be making sure your comfortable working something before hand especially since some aspects might not work right away unless its set up correctly first time around!! Also don’t expect alot help from support staffs sometimes cause most won;' t always know their stuff haha keep asking questions until u get an answer. I like the way I can see the emotions of employees and the way they are reacting to customers. It is easy to use and I like the way it works. I haven't found anything that I dislike about Heedbook. I would definitely recommend this to any business that wants to improve the customer service. I have been able to see and know what my employees are feeling and how they are feeling about me as a customer.

  • I like the ability to have an easy way to see what my employees are thinking and how i can make them be more happy
Cons
  • I think that there arent a ton of features for this software so it might be hard to use but I think they have a great layout for it
